Privacy Policy: Kawaiilovebeauty.com respects the privacy of all customers. All customer information is securely stored on encrypted servers. All credit card information entered is done through a third party company (PayPal, Inc.) and is stored securely on their servers.

Service: Kawaiilovebeauty.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders whether or not the order has been confirmed. If your paypal has already been charged for the purchase or you have already sent out your payment and your order is canceled, Kawaiilovebeauty.com shall immediately issue a refund to you.

Disclaimer, Loss, and Damages: The liability of Kawaiilovebeauty.com hereunder for all claims shall not exceed the sum of customer's payments for the products which are the subject of the dispute. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business, loss of profits, loss of time or other losses incurred by any third party in connection with the products). Kawaiilovebeauty.com assumes no liability for any unusual discomfort, injury or infection caused by improper product usage. This is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any kind. Mailing insurance can be provided at your request ($3.00 insurance fee which covers up to $200 worth of damage with USPS).

Returns/Exchange: Kawaiilovebeauty.com will only accept an item for a return or exchange if the incorrect item is received. We will not accept a return if the item has already been opened. Lenses with manufacturer's defect may be replaced, but must be mailed back to us within 30 days after purchase.

Out Of Stock: In the event that your order is out of stock, you will be notified by e-mail within 1-3 business days. You can then choose to cancel your order, or choose another item.

Shipment Process: Pre-order items will take 2-3 weeks to arrive after the posted deadline has been met. In-stock items will be delivered within 3-5 days after your payment has reached us. Items are guaranteed at optimal condition prior to shipping (with proper handling measures such as bubble wrap/plastic). We will not be held liable for delays and/or damages incurred during shipping/transit.
