Mailing insurance can be provided at your request ($3.00 insurance fee which covers up to $200 worth of damage with USPS).

Returns/Exchange: Kawaiilovebeauty.com will only accept an item for a return or exchange if the incorrect item is received. We will not accept a return if the item has already been opened. Lenses with manufacturer's defect may be replaced, but must be mailed back to us within 30 days after purchase.
Out Of Stock: In the event that your order is out of stock, you will be notified by e-mail within 1-3 business days. You can then choose to cancel your order, or choose another item.
Shipment Process: Pre-order items will take 2-3 weeks to arrive after the posted deadline has been met. In-stock items will be delivered within 3-5 days after your payment has reached us. Items are guaranteed at optimal condition prior to shipping (with proper handling measures such as bubble wrap/plastic). We will not be held liable for delays and/or damages incurred during shipping/transit.
