Total delivery time for an order is 3-5 business days (Monday-Friday) for in-stock items, and 2 weeks after the posted deadline for pre-order items.
What type of shipping method is used?
All orders are shipped out using USPS Priority mail at a flat rate of $5.00.
Why do I have to wait a few weeks before I get my lenses when pre-ordered?
Since our circle lens manufacturer is in Korea and we gather unique individual orders (i.e. prescription lenses), we must fill a minimum order quantity required by the manufacturer within our time period of 2 weeks. After the consolidated order is submitted to the manufacturer, it takes them about a week to process, pack, and ship out the products. Upon arrival in the U.S., a few days is allotted for customs clearance and delivery to our location, and finally the normal shipping out of the individual orders to you.
Do items come in pairs?
Yes, all items listed on the site come with 2 lenses (1 pair).
Are the circle lenses on your site authentic?
Yes, all lenses on the site are 100% authentic and FDA, CE and ISO approved. All lenses come with a GEO Medical Authentication Sticker that can be scratched to reveal a unique code that can be verified by GEO.
What methods of payment are accepted?
Paypal, all major Credit Cards, or money order. Personal checks are NOT ACCEPTED and will be sent back.
Prescriptions may be requested for pre-order lenses at no extra charge. If your eyes need two separate prescriptions, indicate the prescription for each eye in the order form.
Can I purchase circle lenses if I have perfect vision?
Yes, plano (non-powered) lenses are available. Find the item you would like and specify "0.00" as the power.
How long do these lenses last?
Circle lenses can be worn for up to 12 months with proper care. Unopened vials have a shelf life of 3 years.
